As the Principal of Mosier Landscape, Josh has been the heart and soul of the company since its inception in 2004. Scott Bales, Jr.
Scott serves as our primary Landscape Design Consultant, bringing a wealth of expertise and creativity to every project. A graduate of Ashworth College in Landscape Design, Scott has spent more than 25 years transforming outdoor spaces into breathtaking works of art.
